The work, in six workstreams
The scope as proposed in June 2026, now running under the commission agreement:
Capital structure and the raise. Round structure, cap table and investor outreach through Prince Capital's licensed placement desk, with a preference for family-office and philanthropic capital. The size, instrument and terms of the raise are not published here.
Investor readiness and the data room. A rebuilt investor deck and teaser, a financial model with real unit economics, and a data room built to the evidence that actually holds up rather than to the evidence the earlier deck assumed. The deck's original consumer comparison, a Casper revenue chart, gets replaced with Eight Sleep, the more accurate precedent for a premium hygienic-sleep positioning in a market that consolidated hard in 2025 when Tempur Sealy completed the Mattress Firm acquisition.
Partnerships and licensing. Vertical mapping and warm introductions across medical distribution, hospitality, and OEM licensing, anchored on the licensing-first, intel-inside strategy the founder already wanted rather than a direct-to-consumer build. A warm hospital-network cross-sell through an existing Common Ground relationship is the fastest near-term medical door and the one prioritized first.
Brand and marketing. Through Common Ground's brand studio: consolidating the competing names the company has accumulated into one house brand, a refreshed color system, and the web presence and collateral that support both investor and partner outreach. The founder's story and the clinical evidence move to the front of the rebuilt materials.
Scientific validation. Sourcing a named, credentialed US scientist to front the two clinical studies and scope US lab replication of the Cork Institute of Technology permeability test, the step that moves the evidence from promising to fundable for a group-purchasing-organization buyer.
Agentic outreach. An automated pipeline working investors, licensees, distributors and procurement contacts from day one, rather than waiting on a sales hire to build that pipeline by hand.
The channel sequencing
Three channels, evaluated honestly against each other rather than pitched as equally ready. Hospitality, cruise and hotel post-COVID hygiene programs, is the ninety-day wedge: faster time to first revenue, a smaller ceiling. Medical, group-purchasing-organization contracts and hospital-acquired-condition procurement framing, is the twelve-month engine: slower to first revenue, the larger ceiling once it moves. Direct-to-consumer was evaluated and rejected on the call between the founder and Common Ground, on the reasoning that a company this lean cannot win a consumer launch against a mattress market that consolidated into one dominant retailer and manufacturer in 2025.
What NuWay keeps regardless of outcome
A rebuilt investor deck and teaser, a data room, a three-year financial model, a full brand and marketing package, an activated outreach pipeline, and IP and trademark cleanup work. The work product is NuWay's on completion; Common Ground claims no ownership of the underlying technology.
What it produced
As of September 2026, NuWay Global is in contract with Common Ground on a commission agreement covering the business we bring to the US. The company still holds what it came in with: seven-plus years of Irish medical-channel revenue and the two clinical evidence studies delivered in May 2026, the record the case for the US move was built on. The work now underway is the raise, the rebuilt US brand and data room, and the first commercial doors in medical, hospitality and licensing.
